Good evening. I'm a new user and am unfamiliar with the site. Please forgive me if I inadvertently violate protocol here.

I have a problem with a BlackBerry 8703e: Downloading an e-mail with an attachment, the screen is frozen at 60%. Neither the ESCAPE key nor the END key has proven to be of any help in dealing with this. I'd be most grateful for any suggestions.
