Could anyone tell me the difference between 4.5OS and 4.2 OS for 8700?Thanks in advance!

I just upgraded to 4.5 OS, this past Sunday, and the only difference, that I can tell, is html email and video capabilities.
I'm not a heavy user, so I can't really tell if there are any other differences...

Theoratically the 4.5 should be better than 4.2
It has a bunch of features like good looks. Docs to go. You can hide files. Signal should be better.

I've been searching and cannot find the link to upgrade an 8700 that is on version 4.1.0.194 (Platform 2.0.0.90) using Cingular as the provider.

Just use another vendor's download site. Just remember to delete vendor.xml before you upgrade the device.
