Contacts transfer help

Hello all! Newb here. I am hoping there is a simple answer to my question. I have a contacts list on my Motorola RAZR. I am pairing it to my BB-8700 and trying to transfer my contacts from the RAZR to the BB list. I cant seem to get it to work. Is there something I am missing?

I don't know about BlueTooth, but you could either copy all to your SIM then transfer from SIM to BB, or if your contacts are in Outlook, sync your BB with Outlook via desktop manager.
