I backup my 8703e BB every night to ensure that if anything happens I dont have to worry as I have a backup.

A month ago, I began to get an error message when the backup process gets to the Profiles. The title of the error window is "Communication Error" and the text reads "The data was not recognized by the desktop". I get the message when it says "Receiving profiles".

I end up having to click the the OK button the error message and the backup process continues to the end.

Does anyone have a solution for me???
