Can I sync my blackberry to 2 Microsoft Outlooks?

I have a blackberry provided by my company and it syncs to the Microsoft Outlook on the laptop provided by the company wirelessly.

Is there any way I can use the Microsoft Outlook Calendar on my home PC and have it also sync to my blackberry? I don't use Outlook on my home PC for email, but I'd like to use the calendar function from both home and work.

Can I just download the desktop manager software, and sync my home PC through that and maintain using wireless for work?

Yes you can but whatever you put on your personal calendar will be put on your work calendar.

Again, I cannot have my work email put on my personal PC, so I just want to be able to use my personal outlook for calendar/task functions.

You will have to use desktop manager to do this.
