Hi, has anyone run into this problem -- i used to be able to dial straight from the call log -- i.e. i could click on any number and it would bring up the option to call that person (or fax, sms, etc.). now, it only gives me the option to dial whatever the last number i had dialed, no matter which call log item i click on. hopefully, this makes sense. i'm on v4.2.1.96

Thanks Safri, the battery pull worked, and i would upgrade to latest OS, but i think my IT group has to approve it.
