    We have a user that his calender will not sync in outlook. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get his calender to sync. That would not involve re activation to our bes.

    Just checking... are you configuring it in Desktop Manager first before trying to sync, or is this something that doesn't have to be done with BES? I don't use BES so I might be of little help.

    In your calendar application. go to the options and make sure wireless sync states yes.

    If it does, check to make sure the BES account has the proper rights to email. Should have full control.
    I just had this issue and went through a thousand things before finding out BES had read only permissions on the exchange box.

    If you do a search for one way calendar syncronizing you should find any instructions you might need. This site has has a rediculous amount of information on this situation.
