Firstly, I have os version 4.5 on my 8700g. I don't have bb messenger on since I got it unlocked. When I launch desktop manager and go to app loader I only see yahoo,msn. Messenger, google talk,facebook all of which are installed already I don't get a option to select bb messenger.

Next prob is my bluetooth will not enable, it just says enabling bluetooth then stops and says bluetooth:disabled.I thought it was a it policy so I reset IT policy but same thing.

Thanks for any advice, if its one place I can get an answer it here. Really need to hook up bb messenger

Have you tried out the latest 4.5 in this treat? That new upgraded OS might do the trick.
