    Hi all,

    I am currently using BB 8700g. It was used before I bought it. I install T-Mobile Pay As You Go sim on that, and everything just work wonderful.

    However, I dropped it one time and I cannot check my message anymore. The message (the first icon in the first row) is no longer there. Instead, I see 2 new icons - "Enterprise Messenger" and "Enterprise Activation" before the "Call Log" icon.

    I have no idea about BES, and I don't work for any company so I don't know how to get those email and passwork to activate the "Enterprise Activation".

    I have some incoming message now and I am unable to read it. Can you give me some advice to solve this?

    Did you drop your device on the ground or on the floor?

    Or did you drop (as in not pay for) the BIS plan?
