Anyone know what this crash code is implying? Should I get a new BB?

The hand held works fine (even after the crashes) as I've seen this BB crash numerous times. I've wiped my device with javaloader to completely wipe the device 110% clean and yet after running the Application Loader Wizard to reinstall the OS, the device still crashes and also still reboots...
