Hello All,

Have a personal 8820 that holds all my contact info in the address book. I have been unsuccessfully trying for 2 days to transfer the address book to a new 8707 that my company provided. Tried Bluetooth transfer � both units recognized each other � but no transfer (both are enabled, and transfer address book enabled.) Tried Pocket Mac sync � no luck. Tried desktop manager back-up/restore � nope. Tried desktop manager; old device to new � nope. I am starting to suspect there is an IT Policy, or firewall issue. However, my personal 8820 actually never prompts me to �send� the address book anywhere using Bluetooth. Ideas?

Did you try Google Sync?

I had the same problem, 8700g to 8320, and used Google Sync and it worked.
