Dear All

I have a friend with a BB 8707 business device - is there any way to turn off the tones on the keypad and set them to silent?

They were silent prior to a firmware upgrade (even on a normal profile) and after the firmware update they seem to have switched back on again.

I've looked through several menus on the phone with no success.

options -> screen/keyboard -> key tone -> "off"
