I just learned a trick from another forum and wanted to share. I have been trying to program my password and prompt into my 8703e OEM VM speed dial location (1/W) for a while now. Here's the path..... green phone button - click track wheel - choose options - choose voice mail - in the password area I had to place three pauses then my password, then two pauses and then my prompt to start playing my messages. You may or may not need the pauses or you may need to add more, depending on your carrier.
