My replacement (new device) 8703e is having an intermittent problem in dialing out. Dialed calls get hung up in the "dialing" mode and don't get connected. This connectivity problem also affects browsing and text messaging. If I remove the battery or shut down the device, I can make a call once it has booted up. The problem will reoccur within minutes. Verizon has no clue what the problem is and they are currently researching the issue. Can someone please offer some help. What good is the phone if it cannot reliably make calls?
