    ...I recently got a blackberry 8700g, and when I go to upgrade the software it gets up to the point were it needs to back up data, but then there is a fatal error, and it tells me to do it again.

    How do I fix this?

    I have managed to upgrade, but now it is very slow, and keeps saying that the messenger (SMS and MMS) has crashed
