I have an 8700c blackberry with an IT policy that will not allow me to disable the password setting. I could sure use some help on getting rid of this. Thanks so much.

I hope this device is NOT still on a BES server!!! If it is, within the hour, the I.T Policy will be back on the device...

Thanks so much sir. I am not sure what a BES is. But when I get time on Monday I will follow your instructions and see if it works. I really appreciate your info very much. I wish I was half as knowledgable about this as you are.
