8700C Help.

I'm wanting to know how to download ring tones from this website, and get them to my computer.. when i plug the blackberry into my computer it asks me to insert a disc that came with my phone.. and it didnt come with one, any links on how to update it so that i can?

ok so i figured out how to get the desktop manager.. but im still unsure how to get a ring tone i downloaded off the crackberry website onto the phone

i need a link to the Desktop manager that comes with the media manager... can anyone give me it?
