I have a BB 7105t with OS v4.10.377 & running desktop mgr v4.2.2.14 now the problem is I cannot see my device in media manager. I have re-installed 4 times on PC is it maybe a version incompatibility problem? I can sync & install apps on BB without any probs

I have the same problem. I think that Roxio's software just doesn't see the 7100 seires. I could be wrong, but I can't find anyone that knows anything.

Has anyone else ever had this problem?

sorry guys i have read on the blackberry sites..that our BB are to old..
they need the 4.2 **** or i dont know but noting is possible..

I've got a 7100 also. All the cool stuff like that you'd need to update to one of the 8xxx series (Curve, Pearl...).

Saving up for my curve! I still dig the 7100 though. It's got me hooked.

yeah my 7130e can back up, and do everything with data, however the media manager wont see my device.

just read the sticky on the top of this forum about updating your 7130 software.

I upgraded my 7130e and it works great with Roxio...
