Can someone tell me what the correct blackberry manager for my desktop is. I downloaded the most recent, which connects and will back up data, but the Roxio Media Manager will not see my 7130e. Is there another way to see the contents on my blackberry, while using a window on my PC for transfer to files.

Can't remember, does that thing even support and internal memory card? You might have to use the 4.2.1 Desktop Manager. Do you not have the CD that came with the device?

The 7130 doesn't support what you want to do. The latest version you can use is 4.2 without media.

You can play songs or video on the 7130 and there is no support for a video card.

Speaking from a former owner, I recently upgraded to the 8130.

4.2 works good but to get the other features you will need to load 4.2 blackberry software on the phone itself. See sticky
