Help is needed for a new BB user. I was given a BB7100g, which I purchased a new battery for, but now find that the lower two rows of keys on the keypad dont work. I have tried to do an OS reinstall to fix it, but it didnt. Anyone have any suggestions, or where I might pickup a replacement keypad for this model?? Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance
