    The last few days my z30 has been causing me grief. BlackBerry Hub won't load which means I can't access any messages to send and receive. I have tried restart. Power on and off. Remove sim. What can I do.

    This just happened out of the blue?

    This is known to occur when updating a device and forgetting to include the apps.

    Try swiping diagonally 5 times from top right corner to reset hub.
