How do I clear or disable Suggestions and Recent Contacts from BB Classic HUB?

I am trying to find a way to clear the "Suggestions" and "Recent Contacts" within the HUB. "Suggestions" come up along the top when you want to compose something. I want (at the very least) for recent contacts to not be there. Also, under the HUB "settings" there is a "Recent Contact Management" option. When opened, it lists all these recent/frequent contacts. I want to clear or disable that list, but the only option appears to be to "block contacts".

I want to clear or disable both these. Thanks.
