Why does blackberry not roll out an android update for it blackberry 10 phones, just like the priv but maybe a little older version, that way all the app could still work flawlessly.

Otherwise, is there a way for us to do it without the help from blackberry?

There's a lot more that goes into it than just rolling out an Android update for BlackBerry 10 phones. It doesn't work that simply.

Apart from the coding/ programming requirements there are legal limits to what BlackBerry is allowed to offer, but if you want to work around some of those limits you can try Cobalts suggestions and files.
