For those of you that now have the Z30, is the Android Runtime locked or unlocked? (do you need debug tokens to sideload some apps)

So it's a pretty good guess that from here on out we will have to worry about debug tokens.

It would be helpful if someone were to create a definitive "sticky" that outlined the creating and renewing of debug tokens. I got it figured out, but it took searching and some trial and error.
