Hey there every one,im facing some issues after update to 10.3.2.

Using STA100-2 OS. 10.3.2.798

When I was using 10.3.1 t was running perfectly,then I thought to upgrade it and I downloaded autoloader of 10.3.2.2639

I noticed phone restarts automatically and setting app gets crash so.many times. I notice amazon app also crashed when I executes.

Then I downgraded it using autoloader 10.3
2.798

But problem is still same,for diagnosis I didn't inserted sim and m sd card.

Help me to identify the problem why OS is getting crash and apps getting crash.

Hey there, I've had the problem where as soon as you execute an app, the icons shake and it doesn't open. I think the best way to get around this is just reload the device software and hope it works but be sure to try and backup if possible with BlackBerry Link

I think u didn't read my post properly!

I mentioned already i upgraded to latest. Os. using autoloader(full wiped) then faced problem so downgraded to other version

But problem is still there,i even wipe out by settings option before upgrade.



If anyone else can help me out from this crashing apps plz do it:-(

You'd need to update to the latest version of the OS... look into forums for more...

Also CB is not a paid service... Real ppl like me answer your queries and we do it when we read and have time
