Hi guys,

Faced a problem last night. For whatever reason YouTube on my Z10 stopped working properly. When I try to open it (generic through-browser way) it says that this account has been suspended even though it was working seamlessly before. When I'm logging in from my laptop I can browse and view videos no problem. It's just my Z10 that refuses to show me the vids. Has anyone else faced such issue? What could be the reason and the ways to resolve it?

If your account is suspended I would imagine that's the problem.
If it's not, I have no idea what's going on.

I just checked and youtube is working fine on my Z10.

Try logging into youtube with a new or different account, maybe use your Gmail account.

Account is not actually suspended since I log in just fine on my laptop. I've tried different usernames and logging out on a Z10 - same thing...

I've cleared cookies in browser's settings and it works again. Hope someone will find this useful

I can't even log in on mine. Every time I press the sign in button a screen pops up for a few milliseconds then disappears. Can anyone help?

Are you trying to access it on Wifi or over your carrier's data network? One time I was navigating to the YouTube website on 4G and got a message that they were receiving many data access requests from my network, then asked me to complete a captcha (spelling?) to be able to go to the videos.

Maybe this has something to do with it?
