    Can anyone explain why and what eventually have to be done to get this phone work as before?
    Not even the Google Play Store can be installed. If I try to install something from a webpage the message tells me that Arcadyan HMB2213PW22TS is not a supported device. My phone is BB Z10 model STL 100-3
    Can something be done to disable this preventive behavior of my phone?

    How did you upgrade your Z10's OS? Have you done a simple restart of your device? Arcadyan is an android tv box, is it not? How can that be coming up on your BB10 device? Confusing to me-can you explain a bit better.

    Try an autoloader, mmight help but be aware that autoloader will wipe phone clean (backup anything important)

    It was a simple reinstallation of OS to factory settings. Before it starts, I was presented with OS upgrade to OS 10.3.3.2137, which I regret. Acceptance ends with a newer OS, but nothing could be installed as before.
    I found on this forum a link to newer OS 10.3.3.22xx but the files were removed and are no more available. Has anyone still a good link to this newest OS? My BB knowledge is a newbie, but my computer knowledge is a way better. Therefore basic explanation for autoloaders use would be appreciated. Thx guys.
