    Hello everyone

I have installed the 10.3.1.800 leak on my z10 using blitz. Phone is working great. Just tried to install the latest leak, 938 I think, and when I connect my phone to my pc, it doesn't show up. I have the latest BlackBerry Link and blend and drivers installed. When I plug it in, my computer makes the noise that something is plugged in. It then says initializing device. But that's it. When I bring my z10 over to USB mode, that works, but not the regular plug and play. My BlackBerry Link can't even connect to my z10. Is anyone else having this issue? Can I fix it? Any help will be appreciated.

I don't have that option anymore either. Although mine connects to my laptop fine.

Click the 'Access using USB' if mass storage mode is check on toggle it off, then try.

Just curious, do you have Link installed?

I uninstall Link because I find it interferes with my sound card. But when I wanted xsacha's tool to see my phone, I reinstalled Link made a backup, then made sure it was closed and then opened xsacha's tool and it recognized the phone connection.

After the non-destructive upgrade, I Uninstalled Link again.

If you already have Link installed, try uninstalling it, and re-installing it.

Start BlackBerry Device Manager first. Then plug in phone. Worked for me.

Sachesi works fine without Link btw Even on a clean install. I don't have Link installed.
Although, it appears to be stuck on Autodetect with 10.3.1 and Autodetect sometimes tries to 'detect' Link. If it fails, it tries to offer to install Link. Sometimes you just need to pull out and put back in again.

True dat. when upgrading to 10.3.1.800 with Blitz method, all I had to do was change the auto detect to PC and Sachesi recognized the phone right away.

But ever since 10.3.1.800 and losing the auto-dectect/PC/MAC option, no matter how many time I do the pull out and put back in again method like you stated, I just couldn't get Sachesi to recognize my phone. Out of desperation, I installed Link and it recognized my phone with the 10.8.1.800 OS.

Maybe it's just my computer setup *shrug*

I had this last weekend after using the 1418 autoloader. I uninstalled Link, downloaded from BB in case it had been updated and then re-installed.

I'll try and delete and re download everything again. I did it before but to no avail but I didn't delete the preferences or anything. I'll give it another go.

And to add a bit more, my q10 running 10.2.1 connects with no issue. I rolled back my z10 to 10.2.1 and it connected again without issues. But I updated to the latest 10.3.1 and it doesn't connect again.

    Strange.
