When we touch the Search icon at the bottom, one of the icons that appears is "Send an email". When you touch that icon, "Compose" appears at the top and "Open in Hub" and "Send" appear at the bottom. I would like to set this up so the compose automatically opens up in the Hub. Is this possible? Granted it is one small extra step, but when you are composing 40-50 new emails a day, removing an extra step helps.

On 10.3.X, you just single swipe to the HUB and tap the giant compose button at the bottom. Then you tap on an email account, text, BBM, etc.

You can also tap search/assistant and type "email <name>".
