I have an AT&T Locked Z10 100-3. Since the update to 10.3.3 it has started to reboot several times a day, mostly whenever it is bumped, jostled, or when the USB cable is removed. It seems to run just fine the rest of the time. Some of the reboots are very fast, but others go through the entire integrity check.

I can't tell if this is a hardware or a software issue.

Does anyone have any insight into this?

More than likely software...doesnt hurt to eliminate that. I would head over to the leaked OS section, download an autoloader to your pc and run it

I would say, you should check your battery. Pack it with a piece a paper if you havent done this already.

Ha! I hadn't even considered that, but it would explain the behavior perfectly.

Thanks. I am thankful that Link still works perfectly for me on Windows 10 Pro, so I can reload the latest version of 10.3.3 that way, too. I won't restore any data afterwards. Everything In use is synced to some cloud service, so I have no data to lose or reload.

Will do, though it may be a while before I do anything. I have more important things to do than fiddle with my phone, and it has never rebooted while in use, which is why I think a loose battery connection may be the issue.

You might check that the battery isn't somehow warped or swollen. That could explain the random reboots; it would also mean a new battery is in your future.

A new battery = $4.99 from Amazon. So that's my first troubleshooting step.

Good choice. You can't go wrong with a fresh OEM battery.
