    After update to 10.3.1 my z10 is no longer dependable device! I was pleased with this phone for 3years now, but after last update it's no longer usable. Phone hot all the time, battery lasts for 4hrs with minimum usage. Very disappointed, can somebody suggest something to help? Before update everything was perfect...

    How did you update this phone? Did you update using OTA?
    I suggest you download the latest files and manually update your phone.

    1) There have been reports of battery drain due Blend or DropBox/Box/Onedrive - check to see if those things are chewing up your battery (but be careful, DropBox/Box/Onedrive are listed under System in the Device Monitor)
    2) Do a hard reset (hold down both volume keys for 15-20 seconds)
    3) Give your phone a day or two to settle into the new OS (without restarting it/letting it die)

    What OS Version are you on? (Found in Settings > About > Category: 'OS') I'm guessing it's 10.3.1.2267?
    What OS Version did you have before the update? 10.2.1?

    It's 10.3.1.1779 updated 1day ago, but from 10.3.1 already that had the same issue last 2weeks, did phone reset before holding volume keys, will kill dropbox and box and see, but what is the point of using those apps then? Will give it a day or two, hope it will settle, I really like this phone. Thanks for help help!
