Z10 & BMW a dangerous combination?

My Z10 uses 10.2.0.424 and sometimes auto call the last number dialed. I reported this behavior on the previous OS too. Worst today! Called a contact via my BMW X5 iDrive and terminated call with the steering wheel phone button. System immediately called same number so I terminated via iDrive again. In all this happened 23 times until I got the phone out of my pocket and shut down. Not an easy (or safe) thing to do in traffic!!!

Another bug is that the iDrive contact list is by first name followed by family name which is the opposite of my Z10.

Anyone else with these issues?

I have the CIC HDD based iDrive, yet I don't have these issues. I'm on the same OS as you. Phone works fine, always has.

The order of the names on the iDrive is decided by BMW, so it isn't a bug with your Z10.

Also, the BMW infotainment system is based on QNX, same as BB10.

You should get a new car. I'm only partly joking. iDrive is a piece of junk.

CCC iDrive is crap, the HDD based CIC iDrive is great.
