I blitzed my Z10 from 10.2.1 to 10.3.1.1154 using sachesi and in the main all good. I just wanted to reload a couple of bars that I thought didn't install properly, so I plugged it into computer and fired up sachesi.
Sachesi stuck on "talking to 2 possible devices"
Z10 said your computer does not have necessary drivers. So I clicked update and followed process. Restarted computer and sachesi and z10 still said same thing. After many tries, Z10 doesn't always show that message, but sachesi always stays on "talking to.....etc etc"
    Any ideas what's wrong?

Redownload Sachesi? Does Sacehsi use BB Link drivers? If yes that may need an update too.

Does the same for mine. Pull the USB out of the computer and quickly put it back in. Link will fire up again but let it do its thing and then quit. Then open Sachesi. It has something to do with the Z10 on 1154 asking what to do with the USB connection. I always hit "ignore" the first time, which is fine with Link but not with Sachesi.

In Link settings, turn OFF "always start Link when connecting phone"...

Sachesi normally ends the link process though doesn't it? Isnt the connection manager included?

Go to your Control Panel then to device Manager or management.

Look down at all of the drivers that could have to do with BlackBerry and update them.
