My Yahoo Account stopped working with my Blackberry Classic. I tried entering in the password, and it didn't work. I tried changing the password (twice) and that didn't work. The message I got after entering the new password is "Your login information has changed or is incorrect. Update your login information and try again." If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly apperciated. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Something strange is really happening with yahoo account info page. https://login.yahoo.com/account/personalinfo

I can also see only personal info and not the account security option where I could change or add new 3rd party app passwords.

I am telling this because I wanted to ask you, do you have two-step verifications activated for yahoo account? If so, than maybe you'll need to create new 3rd party app password just for Blackberry yahoo email.

But, just when I wanted to give you the link for that, I also couldn't open the account security page.

Maybe some changes are happening at yahoo right now, because they are advertising their account key all over the net:

This is the helping page where 3rd party app passwords are explained:

If I remember correctly I also needed to create 3rd party app password for my yahoo email account on blackberry Q5. And second for my yahoo contacts, because yahoo contacts are my main contacts on Q5.

Have you gotten a message from Yahoo on your computer. It should tell you that you tried to log in from an app that is less secure than Yahoo and you can go to the security page and turn on allow app that is less secure than Yahoo. That is what. Happened to me and after turning on allow Yahoo works as usual.

I was able to solve the problem by removing the account from my blackberry, then adding it back in again. Thanks to everyone who tried to help.
