    My Z10 was purchased unlocked from Canada, but I am in SoCal as well...strange.

    Though I am tempted to just load the latest leak to get 10.2.1...hmmm

    @BBMNTA. Don't know what happened, I must have accidentally selected the BofA screen shot of recent fraudulent transactions they quickly caught...I couldn't see where I could remove it under the edit post option.

    Plus, it does say AT&T in the screenshot so it would suggest that it is, indeed, being pushed by the carrier.

    I didn't see this thread so I made another one. But I'm on ATT and was running the old 10.2.0.149(I think that was it) leak and am doing the official OTA update now. with ATT sim in it currently.

    I would like to throw this out there, my phone is unlocked. I don't think that should make a difference since I am running an ATT sim and I got the update OTA. Also, I clicked check for update, I didn't get the notification on its own, so maybe you guys could try that.
