    In the last 4 days there are a lot of unhappy customers. And these are the diehards. That's all that's left. It's not a good sign. After all the water under the bridge, it's not a good sign.

    Where is the talent? The good judgment? Where's the senior management?

    Where's the thinking?

    It shouldn't be like this at this stage of the game.

    I'm a very happy customer. You're probably basing your conclusion on all the complaints you see here and are failing to realize that most people that have no issues will not complain, and so you don't see those comments.

    We have no reason to believe at this time that ignoring customers or making decisions based on finances has cursed the brand name.

    Additionally, due to selective budget cuts, we had to let Mister Talent, Miss Judgment and all of first level management go.

    The good news is everyone still employed got a free frogurt! The bad news is the frogurt is also cursed.

    Okay but it looks like a lot of folks are unhappy.

    I'm just saying - why mess up what words (calendar). (notification volume)

    The enhancements are okay but don't hurt us in the process.

    Finally we got recurring Tasks in Remember after over 2 years of not having it.


    That's rather brutal.

    The old guard had it right in terms of functionality. It feels like the new people don't have a clue.

    It feels like we need to sit down and have a beer together.

    10.3.1 has issues present on every device, some never fixed from very first leaks. Many users just don't pay attention to details. Sad part is that quality control at BlackBerry is non existing. They were in a hurry to release just something in an attempt to reduce migration to other devices. Not a very wise move.

    I have a Q10 that double types and now a calendar that is worse than before and a ringer that I can't hear.

    And I am supposed to run a business with this?

    I used to have the problem of the that is so soft I just cannot hear. Then my friend who uses Android phones helped me resolve the issue. Now I have complaints that my ringer is too loud.

    All she did was switched on the ringer volume to medium as I had it on minimum to be polite.

    It's about a bug in 10.3.1 OS, not adjusting settings.

    Yes I have some issues with 10.31, but some of the dire comments about BlackBerry in this thread are over the top. It's still far better than Android. Constructive criticism is necessary. I'm not going to change horses at this point.
