Word Substitution! Help!

WS don't work after I add some words substitutions. This feature is very convenient to me. What will I do?

I use Word Substitution a lot, so hopefully I can help.

Can you please elaborate? How doesn't it work? What happens? Does it work for anything, like the original entries that come stock?

Volume rocker reset case if ever I saw one. Based on info supplied of course.

I added WS as much as I can and then I figured out it's not working, mostly those WS I added recently.
