I got a Z30 but am waiting for the 9.2.1 updates before I switch from my current phone because I need the headless app functionality. But I did download some of the apps during the giveaway and am wondering if they'll disappear if I update. How will I get them back? Will I have to pay if I want to download them again?

It's belong to your Blackberry ID so you can re-download them again through BlackBerry World on "My World" then "My apps and games"

If you backup your phone, you can recover whatever you have saved on it. With the exception of android apps.
