They probably see BB as an easier target since it has a smaller market share. I am not convinced that they won't go after the other makers and I think a couple of them already pay blood money for LTE. Trolls are trolls patent or otherwise.

Get use to it, all these high companies sue each other over patents and technology on a regular basis.

We are the ones who end up paying for these legal squabbles by seeing price increases on new products.

It reminds me of a bunch of spoiled kids fighting over the type and color of the toys in their big sandbox.
