    Wifi strength...is say -56 dB stronger than say -65 dB?, or vice versa...just curious.

    The higher the number, the stronger the signal. In the same way -56 degrees is warmer than -65 degrees, -56 dB is stronger than -65 dB.

    Yes. The closer it gets to a positive number the stronger the signal.
