wierdest problem i have ever faced !!!!

hello guys

am from UAE - Dubai ,, and we have 2 carriers here " Etisalat" and "DU"

i have Du on my Q10 and etisalat on my note 3 , so i decided to switch and put th Du on Note 3 and etisalat on Q10

when i open my Q10 , it tells me sim not detected , i put it back in my note 3 it works ,, i put the du one in the Q10 and it works

so why the hell Doesnt Etisalat work on My Q10 ???

i went and replaced the sim with a newer one ,, but still same problem ,,, doest have to do with radio files ?

am runnin 10.2.1.641 / 725 bar files

It is probably because it is locked to the carrier where you bought your phones from.

Check settings security and privacy than sim and see if it says locked or unlocked

i just checked
network : unlocked
Network subset : unlocked
service provider : Unlocked

i know its unlocked because i used to have just etisalat ,, and it worked fine with my Q10 ,, but back then i used to have 10.1

is it from the OS ??
