    Hello.

    I bought a new unlocked Q10 in the US last October. I live in Portugal (Europe) and my provider is MEO (a portuguese provider).

    I know MEO has already authorized the update, and many of my friends using the same provider and a BlackBerry, already have the newest version 10.3.1

    I'm stuck with 10.2.1.3062, and when I try to update the software it keeps telling me that I have the latest software.

    I tried to remove SIM card and connect the phone with WiFi, as it recommends official BlackBerry forum, but still nothing happens and I can't update my software.

    Anyone in the same situation?

    Or someone with some clues to solve this problem?

    Try an autoloader. It's bound to work. Check out the leaked/beta os threads
