[CrackBerry Question]

After I downloaded the latest bb OS onto my Z10, I noticed that my phone contacts would no longer download into my 2015 Chrysler 200 Bluetooth. Now I can only make calls through the Bluetooth using phone numbers only and not by name.

I've had that happen before after an update.

Try deleting the phone and clearing everything from the vehicle. Then clear it from bluetooth devices on the BlackBerry.

Resync everything and see if it works.

Thanks for your suggestion mrfreeze. But I've already tried that a few times and it didn't work. I just tried it again with no success.
