Why won't Blend let me access my device?

Blend version 1.0.1.26
device Z10 STL 100-3 OS 10.3.0.908
Desktop windows 7

Have uninstalled and reloaded BB software twice. Each time it tells me device is not supported.

Is Blend only for newer devices? did I miss something. i thought it wa sfor anything running 10.3?

Blend is only for 10.3.1.x dev/internal devices and the Passport.
If you device isn't on the PIN white list, Blend wont access.
Link for now, until 10.3.1.x goes live.
