The only thing that I found a little scary is if the update mess something, at this state of almost eol, the fix will not be released that quickly. So, I think is better to wait and see how it goes for the brave crackberrians that jumped to it...

Can someone explain to me why anyone would update their primary BB10 phone to the newest version without any documentation of bug fixes, security patches, or new features?
    Masochism.

Never heard of an official update breaking devices. Wrong using does. Wrong way of updating does. All 12 smartphones I ever owned (2 of them Blackberries) have always been up to date. I'm never back here "upset asking.." and I'm not just a blind follower of the Get Updated cult. You don't feel confident about it - don't go that way. Simple. Remember, don't teach a fish how to swim. LOL.
Perhaps you should have owned an iPhone on several of their OS updated builds from ios 9 and on. I have seen a large number of people complain about loosing their WIFI or cellular or other.

Just to refresh your memory take a gander

Depends. The technology is generally better, but I prefer the styling of our 2nd Gen Boxster (987.1) to the 981 and 718.

Well, just updated a Z10 and this build restored my T-Mo wifi-calling. Maybe will do non-destructive on my Z30.

That's great. Can we get someone else to confirm, just to be sure it was the updated files not just a byproduct of the update relaxing a corrupted file?

BlackBerry never has for minor build updates. So there's nothing unusual about that.

They may issue a press release on their own blog site when making bigger jumps, like what they did for 10.3.2 to 10.3.3.

The general sense I'm getting is that minor builds, while never documented, have had decent quality control and rarely have introduced new bugs. So many users are comfortable updating their devices.

I'm more conservative and am unlikely to update unless there is a known benefit for doing so. Incremental browser improvements would certainly entice me, for example.

I am quite satisfied with my Q10 running SW build 10.3.2.2836. The only thing that makes me crazy is the battery life. Is there any chance that this "newest" build might bring any overall improvement? Sure I would install it the fresh way as Autoloader or Blitz. Thanks!

Can you post a screenshot of your Device Storage Details? After I updated to .2205, 'System' storage was nearly doubled.. Hoping 3057 isn't the same story...

In that case I suggest using an autoloader. Normally it should be around half of that in size...

I'm concerned about the Android WhatsApp client after December 2017 as I need to keep using it mainly for work (am using BBM for family and friends, a few ended up installing BBM on their Android phones). The Android client running alongside the native BB10 client on my Passport v10.3.2.2836 will sometimes not upload photos (even with Waat-a-Fix and / or commandline fix properly installed). No videos will upload of course. I fear that updating to 10.3.3.3057 might make the WA android client even less functional. It would be great to hear your views and experiences. Thank you.

There are no changes to the Android runtime in BB10, so this update shouldn't affect whether or how any Android apps run.

Are you running both Waat-A-Fix and the command line fix at the same time? It should work just fine after you do the command line fix.

I tried both months ago and both seemed to work. I stuck to WaataFix because I had to patch a few more Passports and thought it would make things easier. Actually neither WAF nor commandline fix work on my brothers Passport which is on 10.3.3 whereas both seem to still work on mine and my wife's, both on 10.3.2.2836...
