My Q10 upgraded to 10.3 but i fell not comfortable because every time the display on its zooming.
Then I decided to downgrade back to 10.2 using autoloader.
After successfully back to 10.2, I use BB Link to restore the backup.
Restoring process always interrupted by something I didn't know, i do it twice.
I found out that notes in the Remember icon and Password Keeper not copied to my Q10.

Besides Q10, I also use Passport with the same ID.

What shall I do to get that notes and password keeper back to my device???

    First off...welcome.
Secondly, there is a fix for that zooming. Go to settings and un-check the accessibility options.
If you created a complete backup then when you restore everything should be there.

I say go back to 10.3.1 and restore your backup and build your phone back up.

If you have your password keeper records on your passport then you can use the export feature within the password keeper application to export them to a file. Swipe down from top of screen, settings, export. Then you can restore to your Q10.

If you don't, then you have to reload the same or higher OS that you took the original backup from to restore your data, you can't restore to an older OS.
