Now you can get some help.

I can't imagine device storage full, unless you've downloaded large files to it. Some basics would help. OS version, model, screen shot of storage details to start.

If you have media on there I'd invest in an SD.

If you have many apps I'd try and streamline your app experience as many apps be redundant and clutter your phone.

Otherwise, I can only really see it being the "Other Data" section which is most likely from side loads or Android apps storing lots and lots of data (such as games that download content, navigation maps that store maps, etc.).

    Screen shots would definitely help!

    I have the same issue.

I checked and my "Other Data" shows over 13GB.

I do have some Android side loads.

How do I go about clearing that out?

you guys most def save your music, pictures, videos and downloads to your device memory. you need to move what you have on the device storage to a SD card and configure your picture and video apps to save files to the SD card

I had that problem. Had 2 gigs in a folder but nothing was in it. Was told it was from the leaks I was installing. So how did I fix it you might ask? Wiped it and installed a new leak

Vincent is correct, you must do a wipe to clear the data. When I did it I did not restore any app data but I'm not 100% sure that is required.

Simply apps that have no option to clear cache. If you have crackberry app installed it will be sitting on about 100mb. I use twitter a lot, a couple of months ago I uninstalled the app and gained 600mb.

My Q5 has 4.4Gb of 'Other Data' at present. I have had that under 4Gb with a wipe.

Either perform a wipe or delete and reinstall some of the apps.

    From my Q5
