As soon as I am trying to open my camera, I am getting the message that your camera can not be started. Flash light is also inactive.
Did you update your phone recently? If not already tried, do a hard reset, hold volume up + volume down key simultaneously until BB logo appears. For camera error, check your storage status (already full?).
If nothing works, and phone is under warranty, submit it to nearby service center. If warranty has been long expired, try reloading the software or using an autoloader as it solves most of the problem with BB10 devices.
