    My blackberry Q10 wasn't having Internet connectivity and was advised to upgrade the OS from the existent 10.2 to a higher version. The new version is now a 10.3.2.2339 and ever since then, my Bluetooth hasn't been functioning - upon clicking the "ON" icon, the "configure", "refresh" and "tap to pair" are links are inactive. And also, the mobile Hotspot functionality refuses to work, I get a prompt that it is prohibited in my country. Please help out!

    If you can figure out Sachesi, the updates are easy and nondestructive. I've only done it twice.

    When doing the update, there is some bug in the wallpaper bar file that causes the update to quit. I haven't bothered to find a fix for it, but I assume it is a known problem and mentioned in some forum. I just skipped that file.

    I will admit the fear factor of doing an update with Sachesi is high, especially if you only have one phone.

    I just bought a Senheiser Presence BT. So far no issues with my Z10 on this rev.
