    Hi Folks, My z10 got overheated(CPU and PIM usage were aroung 70%), Hence I turned off the device. Now it wont turn on. Tried removing battery, plugging in. Still no response. Please suggest something

    hold the power button for about 8 seconds and see what happens

    Quite possible that battery might be shot. Had a similar experience with one of my 2 batteries.

    Yep, Thanks, its working now, But the phone is getting overheated. System and PIM are draining the CPU up. Any fixes for that? PIM services are always more than 50%
